Some days, I’m too tired to love anything… let alone my cellulite.

Between motherhood, work, stress, hormonal swings, sleep deprivation and just trying to function like a semi-responsible adult… there were days when my body felt like a project I didn’t remember signing up for.

Endometriosis changed my shape.
Pregnancy changed it again.

And the more I tried to repeat the usual mantras — Love your flaws. Celebrate your shape. Be positive. — the more disconnected I felt. The positivity felt forced. The “self-love” felt like pressure. And honestly, it made me feel like I was failing at confidence.

Then one ordinary day, everything shifted.

I was trying on clothes that used to fit, and nothing sat right. But instead of spiralling, I just said, “This is my body today.”
Not good.
Not bad.
Just… here.

It wasn’t self-love. It was neutrality.
And for the first time in a long time, I felt relief.
